Educational Qualification: B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: Freshers (2024 Batch)

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

• As a Graduate Engineer Trainee - SLM, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in implementing strategies to promote and sell Schwing Stetter products and services.
• You will be trained to develop a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and customer needs, and you will be given the opportunity to contribute to the development of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales and Marketing team in developing and implementing sales plans and strategies for Schwing Stetter products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
• Support the team in managing customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Participate in sales calls, meetings, and presentations to potential customers.
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical support team to ensure customer needs and requirements are met.
• Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
• Receive training and mentorship from experienced professionals within the company.
