Scaleup Mission is Hiring  Assistant Business Manager 

Qualification: MBA 

Work Location: Calicut 

job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Responsibilities : 

Report generation for each business (weekly & monthly)

- Coaching managers on different skill sets


- Operations design for the business clients

- Milestones and tasks set at each business for achieving the quarter goals

- Tracking of tasks from different business clients

- Continues follow-up on Managers to accomplish the targets and goals

- Multiple client visits during the week to accomplish the set weekly goals

- Any other tasks designed and delighted by the management

 

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to create & deliver presentations

- Ability to recruit, plan and manage people

- Ability to do strong follow-ups with people on their tasks
