Savantis Solutions Technopark is hiring B.E/B.Tech/BCA/BSc (Freshers)

Position Details:

• Domain: Service Desk  

• Position: Analyst Trainee  

• Job Location: Trivandrum (Attipra Village, Technopark Campus, Phase III, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala)

• CTC: INR. 2.22 LPA + allowances + Cab facility

• Note: The Candidate should be resident of Kerala State.

Eligibility Criteria:  

• B.E/B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/Civil/Mechanical/Instrumentation branches only) or BCA (Computers)/B.Sc (Mathematics/Computers) graduates only.
• Only 2022/2023/2024 pass outs are eligible.
• Should have 60% and above in academics  
• Should have all the Educational certificates  
• Candidates should not have any academic backlogs currently.  
• Level of Experience required: Freshers  
• Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory. 

Training Mode: Online

Duration: 4 - 6 weeks

Bond: Selected candidates should be willing to give bond for 12 months

Training Fee: No charges are applicable (Free Training & Placement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.  
• Research questions using available information resources.  
• Advise users on appropriate action.  
• Should know about SLA and severity/priority (Person should aware Incident and service request definition).  
• Follow standard help desk procedures.  
• Log all help desk interactions.  
• Temp asset device allocation.  
• Administer help desk software.  
• Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues.  
• Redirect problems to correct resource.  
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.  
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.  
• Prepare activity reports in excel format.
