Safeline Group of Companies is hiring Senior Non-IT Recruiter

Company: Safeline Group of Companies (A Dubai-based MNC specializing in the Electrical domain)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Hours: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Role Highlights:

Safeline Group of Companies is seeking a passionate & experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter to join their team. If you have 3 to 8 years of experience and a proven track record in talent acquisition, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

• Solid experience in Non-IT Recruitment
• Manufacturing industry recruitment experience is an added advantage
• Expertise in recruiting for blue-collar and white-collar roles
• Background in RPO or Recruitment Consultancy is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
