• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to converse fluently with internation+ customers

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate through different software applications

• Flexible to work in UK shift hours

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Prior experience in Customer Service Mdustry preferred

• Experience with ERP (preferably D365) desired
