Dubai Airports is hiring for the position of Special Handling Agent (Wheelchair Assistant)

Post Name: Special Handling Agent (Wheelchair Assistant)

Location: Dubai

Age Criteria:

• Female: 21 - 35 years
• Male: 21 - 28 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair support at the airport
• Create a positive, welcoming, and friendly environment for passengers
• Exceed customer expectations through excellent customer service
• Display warm and courteous behavior while assisting passengers
• Build rapport with passengers through: Smiling, Eye contact & Professional communication

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Ability to interact politely with passengers
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 1105 AED
• Overtime: Available
• Tips: Minimum 3000 AED (approx.)
• Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
