* Business Operations - Consultant
Brief description :
Key Responsibilities
· Handling administrative projects for teams in the U.K.
· Interact with the various departments/contacts to complete projects on time.
· Maintain monthly reports and provide inputs regularly.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
· Graduate with 0- 2 years of experience in operations.
Mandatory Skills
· Experience in MS Office, especially Excel and Databases.
Experience of working in a reactive and/or varied role environment
Desired Skills:
· Should be QA / process-oriented.
· Competency Requirement
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to learn and pick up new applications and technologies.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a logical approach.

* Consultant - Finance (AR/Credit Control)
Brief description :
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for managing Accounts Receivables and Credit control functions.
· Timely debt collection to meet the targets.
· Customer credit limit evaluation.
· MIS reporting on Accounts Receivable function.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
· Should be a Graduate with 0 to 2 years of work experience in credit control or Account Receivable processing.
Mandatory Skills
· Knowledge or working experience in debt collection.
· Working knowledge of ERP.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· Exposure to accounts receivables.
Proficient in data entry and management
Desired Skills:
· Familiar with accounting packages.
· Familiar with reporting methodologies.
· Experience in shared services environment.
Competency Requirement
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Problem Solving.
Must be a team player, energetic with a positive attitude
* Consultant - Financial Services (Account Payable)
Brief description :
Key Responsibilities
· Monthly revenue reconciliation and revenue recognition.
· Responsible for managing Accounts Payable functions including employee expense reimbursement.
· Ensure timely payment to vendors.
· Vendor reconciliation and query resolution.
· MIS reporting on Accounts Payable function.
· Monitor and manage statutory filing / schedule payments / issues in a timely manner.
· Face the internal and statutory audits with respect to Accounts Payable functions.
· Forecasting / Accrual/ Prepayment/ Allocation -relating to Accounts Payable sub ledger.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
· Should be M com / B.Com / MBA Finance with at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable process.
Mandatory Skills
· Knowledge in Financial Accounting and Accounting Standards.
· Relevant knowledge on VAT accounting.
· Expert in MS Excel.
Desired Skills:
· Exposure to ERP accounting package.
· Experience in Software Company will be an added advantage.
· Experience in MS Dynamics will be an added advantage.
Competency Requirement
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Team management skills coupled with matured attitude.
· Achieve results within deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
