Job Description:

Risto Solar is hiring Site Engineer/Survey Engineer

Total Vacancies: 8

Locations:

• Ernakulam - 4
• Calicut - 4

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA - ₹3.5 LPA

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys for solar installations and related projects
• Analyze site feasibility, shading, and structural suitability
• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and project estimates
• Coordinate with design and execution teams
• Ensure accurate data collection for system design
• Support installation team during project execution
• Maintain proper documentation and site reports

Required Skills & Traits:

• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals
• Experience with site survey and measurement tools
• Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred)
• Ability to prepare BOM and technical reports
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel locally
• Hands-on field experience
• Attention to detail

Work Environment: Field + Office (Hybrid, depending on role requirements)
