Job Description:

Reply Inc is hiring HR Operations position

Experience Range: 0 to 1 year

Compensation: Up to 2.7 LPA

Base Location: Kochi

Working Mode: Hybrid

Candidates should be either native of Kochi or willing to Relocate to Kochi, if required

Female graduate freshers can apply

Required Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

•Proficient in both written and verbal English

•Basic knowledge and understanding of HR, including areas of recruiting, hiring and management of employee records.

•Proficient in MS Office 365 - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

•Able to learn and navigate new software quickly

•Able to work with colleagues in different time zones, locations and from different cultures and backgrounds
