Managing multiple Branches or locations in the region, Accompany and participate in marketing activities with branch staff, and motivate the branch team, Managing staff, budgets, and expenses, Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures, Recruiting and training managers and employees, Organ-ising and carrying out marketing and promotional campaigns and identifying trends and opportunities, Increasing regional sales, profits, and customer satisfaction, Communicating with team members and superi-ors, providing progress updates, and presenting ideas and suggestions, Continuously monitoring and analysing performance
