• Hiring Location: Pan India (Non-Metropolitan Cities Only)

Job Process:

The job involves a Blended Support Process, including:

• Chat Support
• Email Support
• Inbound Calls
• Outbound Calls

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 6 months BPO experience (Voice or Non-Voice - on paper)
• Must have a Laptop
• Stable broadband internet connection
• Pursuing students are not eligible

Skill Sets Required:

• Email & Chat Support experience
• Customer Service skills
• International BPO experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working
• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
• Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
