Position: Manager HR (Talent Acquisition Lead)

Location: Kochi (Responsible for Kerala State)

CTC: Up to 13 LPA

Experience: 8 to 10 years in Talent Acquisition

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Malayalam is a must

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage TA strategies
• Develop alternative sourcing channels (online campaigns, NGOs, job exchanges, campuses, self-help groups, etc.)

Target Industries: Telecom Services, Telecom Devices, Retail, NBFC, BPO, FMCG, Consumer Durables
