Job Responsibilities:

Manage post joining employee life cycle.

• Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schdeule

• Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring seamless employee experience.

. Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.
