- Location - role holder will be based in Kochi & responsible for Kerala state.

- 8 to 12 years

- Experience in solid Talent Acquisition (Design & Program mgt of TA strategies)

- Development of alternate sourcing channels 

- Like online campaigns, NGOs, Job exchanges, campus, self-help groups, etc.

- Proficiency in Malayalam is a must.

- Target Industries - Telecom Services/ Telecom Devices/Retail/NBFC /BPO / FMCG - ---
