Reliance Internship Program 2026 | Graduate Engineer Trainee & Other Internship Opportunities

Reliance Programs 2026 - Overview

1. GET Program (Reliance Graduate Engineer Trainee - Summer Internship)

Eligible Batch: Students graduating in the 2027 batch (3rd year students)

Eligible Disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical, and Fire Engineering

Educational Qualification: Pursuing full-time BE/BTech from AICTE-approved colleges

Minimum Marks/CGPA:

• Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable)
• Minimum 60% aggregate or more in engineering up to the latest semester

Academic Backlogs: Students with active backlogs or a history of academic detention are not eligible

Gap Years: Candidates with a gap of 3 years or more are not eligible

Internship Duration: 8 weeks (Strictly between May to July)

Remuneration (Per Month):

• ₹30,000 for Non-IIT students
• ₹40,000 for IIT students

Locations: PAN India, including but not limited to: Jamnagar, Patalganga, Nagothane, Hazira, Vadodara, Dahej, Bangalore, Navi Mumbai, Shahdol, and Kakinada

Pre-Placement Offer: Selected interns may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

2. RELP (Reliance Emerging Leaders Program)

The Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP) is a gateway for young leaders to join Reliance and drive challenging projects across businesses. The program involves a two-year developmental journey, including two challenging assignments in the first year and a final role in the second year.

Structured and personalized learning interventions across the two-year program ensure that RELs are groomed to become effective leaders of tomorrow. The program also offers accelerated growth and diverse learning opportunities.
