Job Description:

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is hiring Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) 

The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program - 2026 at Reliance aims to hand-pick young, high-potential engineering talent across India and nurture them to take on key technical roles across Reliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Final Year Engineering students from AICTE-Approved Colleges pursuing full-time B.Tech/B.E. Graduating in 2026 in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation streams.

• Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA across 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable), and a minimum aggregate of 6 CGPA/60% or more in engineering (up to the latest semester)

• No Active Backlogs and No Cases of Detention: Students who currently have active backlogs or have experienced academic detention are not eligible

• A candidate must not have a total of more than 3 years of education gap (between 10th and 12th, 12th and Diploma (if applicable), Diploma (if applicable) and B.Tech, 12th and B.Tech).

• The candidate should be a resident of India.

2. Screening by RIL Team: Your details will be checked by the RIL team and eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the assessment round

• Screening Start: 15 Oct 25, 09:00 am IST
• Screening End: 24 Oct 25, 11:59 pm IST

3. Assessment: Shortlisted candidates from the screening round will go through the online assessment (Cognitive Test + Subject Matter).

• Assessment Start: 29 Oct 25, 12:00 pm IST
• Assessment End: 29 Oct 25, 09:30 pm IST

4. Regional interviews:

• Tentative timeline: Mid-December
