Job Description:

• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on established criteria.

• Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to attract potential candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process.

Qualification :

• Any Graduation

• Min 2-3 Years of experience in recruitment/bulk hiring

• Proven work experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.

• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms.
