Recruit CRM is hiring Customer Success Associate (Work From Home)

Job Details:

• Role: Customer Success Associate

• Job Type: Full Time

• Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Eligibility:

• Freshers completing Graduation/Post Graduation in 2026
• Graduation/Post Graduation (Any Specialization)
• Candidates comfortable communicating with international clients
• Candidates interested in learning SaaS products and customer success
• Candidates with good communication, problem-solving, and learning abilities
• Candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges

Salary:

Traineeship:

• Duration: 6 Months
• Working Hours: 8.5 Hours/Day
• Stipend: ₹20,000/Month

Full-Time Opportunity:

• Based on performance during the traineeship.
• CTC: ₹8,00,000 per annum
  • ₹6,00,000 Base Salary
  • ₹2,00,000 Yearly Performance Pay (Paid Quarterly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn the Recruit CRM platform and recruitment business.
• Answer client queries via chat, email, and video calls.
