Job Description:

RDS is hiring Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in cost estimation and financial reporting
• Familiarity with relevant software (AutoCAD MS Excel QS tools)
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and Bill Of Quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs and track variations
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
• Manage tendering processes including preparation and evaluation of bids
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
• Prepare progress reports and financial statements
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and clients
