Quest Global is hiring Trainee - Engineer

Job Role: Trainee Engineer (Not a software role)

Job Location: Bangalore

Cut Off Criteria: Minimum 60% throughout academics

Backlogs: No standing arrears/backlogs during the selection process

Degree: BE/B.Tech

Year of Completion: 2023/2024

Eligible Branch/Stream: Mechanical Engineering

Salary: 3.75 LPA (3.5 LPA fixed + 25k retention bonus after 1 year)

Service Agreement/Bond: 3 years

Selection Process:

• Online assessment followed by two interview rounds (shortlisting at each stage)

Requirements:

• Original graduation marksheet and provisional degree certificates must be available before onboarding.
