Quess Corp Ltd is hiring HR Executive 

Location: Kochi

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Salary: ₹2.35 LPA

Job Description:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for approximately 1000 off-roll employees deputed to Reliance Jio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive onboarding activities and manage offer release.
2. Handle associate and client grievances related to salary, PF, and ESIC.
3. Follow up with stakeholders for proper resignation procedures to ensure closure of FnF (Full and Final) cases.
4. Oversee ID card issuance and renewal, ensuring adherence to timelines.
5. Manage statutory letters such as Absconding and Warning letters.
