Prudent Is Hiring Customer It Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for Server parts, Switches, Volce boards. Et hardware complaints 

• Provide support for Windows/Linux operating system and other software complaints

• Provide support for resource upgradations, software changes, connectivity 

• Provide support for Prudent Customer Desk to analyze call connectivity

• IT connectivity complaints from Enterprise customers

• Provide support for firewall opening. 

• API Url access for new Customer onboardings 

• Provide support for integration with Operator platforms like SIEM, SGP,  ISPIM

• Create VPN User IDs with Operator support team for Operation & Maintenance access

• Provide support for new deployments within operator premises

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Telecommunication Engineering Degree or Any Degree or 3 Yr Diploma

• 1 Yr working Experience in Windows & Linux

• Well English communication skills

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Server Hardware Maintenance •Networking-CCNA/CCNP

• Microsoft Certification-MCSA/MCSE

• Linux Certification-RHCE/RHSA

• Telecommunication Engineering

Preferring candidates willing to relocate to Tamil Nadu/Karnataka/Maharashtra/Delhi
