Prudent is hiring Management Trainee

B.tech with MBA preferred

Job Overview: In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be trained to take up responsibility of actively driving and managing Presales processes. Primarily engaged in a pre-sales consultancy role, the individual will provide technical assistance and guidance by identifying customer business requirements, prior to designing a solution. The role requires very close co-ordination with various teams like: Sales, Product, Development and IT to enable revenue maximization for the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Client Services, Sales, Operations etc.

Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices
affecting each phase of business.

Responsible for business operations and individual assistance in all key and high value (Revenue Potential) customer projects, solutioning and continued revenue growth.

Contribute to or support aspects of planning, design, development, and delivery of system solutions for a specific business or technology area, in alignment with design and architectural standards and business requirements.

Planning of sales strategies, positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

To Interact with various stakeholders like; Customer - Key Decision Maker, Solutions and Sales Team at Operator and Customer SPOC for solution mapping and on boarding

To act as a liaison and face of interaction with Customer, Telecom Operator Team and Internal Team during the Customer on boarding phase

Create and make Client Specific Solutioning Presentations as required.

Qualifications:

A degree in Management or Business (Preferably with B.tech -MBA)

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

Strong verbal and written presentation skills

Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients

Excellent math and computational ability

Effective communication skills

Proactive and challenging

CTC range will be from 3.5 to 4.5 LPA (Fixed 85% & Variable 15%)

Locations: DELHI/ MUMBAI/ BANGALORE/ AHEMDABAD/ CHENNAI/ KOLKOTTA
