Prism RMC is hiring Interns

Prism RMC (Prism Johnson Limited), established in 1996, stands as one of India's foremost ready-mixed concrete manufacturers. They operate 91 ready-mixed concrete plants across 44 cities/towns. 

Internship Positions:

1. Post Graduate Engineer Interns (PGEI) - Civil & Mechanical
    
2. Management Interns (MI)
    
3. Graduate Engineer Interns (GEI) - Civil & Mechanical

Eligibility:

• PGEI: Post Graduate Engineer (Civil or Mechanical Engineering)
• MI: Should be Passed Engineering graduate & pursuing MBA
• GEI: Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduates of Batch 2024

Locations: Various Locations PAN India

Scope of Work:

1. Department Allocation: Following the interview process, selected candidates will be allocated to a specific department and location for the duration of their internship.
2. On-the-Job Training: Initially, candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program that covers all departments within our organization.
3. Confirmation: After completing the 6-month internship period, interns will receive an Internship completion letter. Based on performance during the internship, interns may receive a pre-placement offer.

Note:

• Interns are required to work full-time shifts in both the manufacturing plant and plant offices.
• Leave for exams will be granted; however, it will be unpaid, and no other forms of leave will be available.

Compensation Details:

GEI:

• Monthly Stipend: INR 18,000/-
• Annual CTC on Pre-Placement Offer: INR 4,00,000/-

PGEI:

• Monthly Stipend: INR 24,000/-
• Annual CTC on Pre-Placement Offer: INR 6,00,000/-

MI:

• Monthly Stipend: INR 24,000/-
• Annual CTC on Pre-Placement Offer: INR 6,00,000/-
