Popular Vehicles is hiring Assisatnt Manager - HR

Experience : 7 - 10 years

Location : Arena Showroom, Trivandrum

Qualification : MBA IN HR, MHRM, Any Equivalent

Responsibilities :

Responsible for Branch HR operations of Trivandrum

• Work collaboratively with branch core leadership team and extend business HR support to drive efficiency

• Initiate and drive various employee engagement programs to keep the team engaged and motivated to deliver their best.

• Coordinate with MSIL for matters related to dealership manpower

• Prepare annual budget for HR department and outline expenses towards various activities and initiatives

• Ensure manpower planning by identifying vacancy and anticipating requirement as per the dealership business plan

• Ensure joining and induction process for new recruits is effectively implemented

• Conduct exit interviews and facilitate exit procedure.
