Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees as required.
- Assist with payroll processing, expense tracking, and other finance-related tasks.
- Order office supplies and equipment, maintain inventory levels, and assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
