Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Training Needs and Skill Gaps Across the Sales Team
• Design and Deliver Training Programs (Product Knowledge, Sales Process, Soft Skills, Customer Handling)
• Facilitate Role Plays, Workshops, and Coaching Sessions
• Monitor Performance and Implement Improvement Plans
• Maintain Training Records, Reports, Certifications, and Track Effectiveness
• Support OEM Training Schedules, Certifications, and Compliance
