Poornam Info Vision Pvt Ltd is hiring Technical Sales Associate.

Job Description :

• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize 

satisfaction. 

• Coordinate with the client and the internal teams as part of the selling process and

onboarding. 

• Establishing relationships with new customers to identify various upselling crossselling opportunities.

• Following up with the potential leads to get them converted and existing 

customers for renewals and service upgrades

• Researching to identify selling possibilities and generate potential leads

• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities by contacting customers who had 

shown interest in the services.

• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn 

about new products and services as they come in.

• Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales data and helping managers with 

new suggestions and strategies to achieve sales goals.

Job Location : Cochin,Kerala, India

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA or MCA with 60% aggregate 

• Very good written and oral communication skills in English 

• Willingness to work in shifts
