HostDime India is hiring Junior Sales Executive - Data Centre Infrastructure Sales

Department: Sales

Job Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Experience: 0-3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹3.4 LPA - ₹3.9 LPA + Incentives
• Experienced candidates: Salary may vary based on experience

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, and tickets.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Support sales reports and performance tracking.
• Participate in social media marketing, industry events, referrals, and networking.
• Assist with tender processes and stakeholder coordination.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and native languages.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• CRM knowledge such as Zoho or Salesforce is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of social media and client outreach.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
