Job Roles:

1. Graduate Engineer Trainee - PSF (GET - PSF) | PSF is a Subsidiary Company of Polycab India

Annual Compensation:

• Entry Compensation: INR 4.5 LPA

• CTC on Confirmation: INR 5.7 LPA (Inclusive of 20% Incentive)

2. Graduate Engineer Trainee - Sales (GET - Sales)

Annual Compensation:

• Entry Compensation: INR 6 LPA

• CTC on Confirmation: INR 7.5 LPA (Inclusive of 20% Incentive)

Job Location: Pan India

Job Type: Full Time

Work Mode: On Field

Working Days: 6 Days

Eligibility Criteria:

• Full-Time Engineering Students From the 2026 Batch: Final-Year B.Tech Students in the Following Disciplines - Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering
• No Active Backlogs
• No Cases of Academic Detention

Important Note:

• Trainees hired will be engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961 during the training period
• This will not affect roles, responsibilities, compensation, or reporting structure
