Job Positions:

1. Content Writer

  • Job Code: MKT002

  • Qualification: MBA Fresher/Media Journalism & Mass Media/BA English

  • Shift Timings: (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

  • Package: 2.64 LPA

  • Number of Position: 01

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creativity: Create engaging content and online marketing strategies including social media content strategy, etc.

  • Content Creation: Write clear, engaging, and informative content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, case studies, and social media posts.

  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry topics to develop well-informed and engaging content.

  • Content Strategy: Work closely with marketing and business teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and audience needs.

Skill & Qualification:

  • Strong command of written English with an ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.

  • Ability to conduct research and apply findings to create compelling content.

  • Ability to adapt to different writing styles and formats as needed.

2. Marketing Intern (Digital Product & Service)

  • Job Code: MKT001

  • Shift Timings: (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday)

  • Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

  • Number of Position: 02 (This is an internship-to-hire position, with the opportunity for a full-time offer after 3 months based on performance with CTC 3.6 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for marketing digital products and services.

  • Digital Product Promotion: Assist in developing marketing strategies for promoting digital products and services, including website, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, etc.

  • Content Creation: Support in creating content for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels to drive awareness and engagement for digital products.

  • Social Media Marketing: Help manage and optimize social media campaigns aimed at showcasing digital products and services on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and others.

  • Email Campaigns: Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers to engage prospects and customers.

  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking platforms to ensure KPIs are met.

  • Campaign Reporting: Assist in creating and sharing reports on the success of marketing campaigns, analyzing what worked, and suggesting areas for improvement.

  • Support Product Launches: Assist with the preparation and execution of digital product and service launches, including content creation, scheduling, and post-launch analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

  • Interest in Digital Products: Passion for technology and digital products, with a desire to learn how they are marketed and sold.

  • Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their advertising features.

  • Content Creation: Strong writing and creative skills to produce compelling content for digital marketing materials (blogs, ads, social media posts).

  • Analytical Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis, with a willingness to learn how to use digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure performance.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality in all tasks and deliverables.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm and suggest creative marketing strategies for digital products and services.

3. Business Development Executive (Fresher)

  • Shift Timings: (9:00 pm - 6:00 am, Monday to Friday)

  • Package: 4.2 LPA

  • Number of Position: 02

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation (Out-bound): Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to schedule demos and meetings.

  • In-bound Lead Processing: Reach out to inbound leads generated by marketing team and converting.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, and explain how our products/services can benefit them.

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager regarding progress, lead generation, and potential sales opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Freshers with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with potential clients.

  • A natural inclination toward sales, with the ability to persuade and negotiate. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Ability to work efficiently during night shifts, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate with the team and support colleagues as needed to achieve company goals.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong desire to meet targets, achieve sales goals, and contribute to the business's growth.

  • Must be willing to work during night hours. Ability to manage productivity and maintain focus during night shifts.

4. Multimedia Content Creator (Social Media & Visuals)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok (US), and LinkedIn.

  • Photography: Capture high-quality photos for social media, website, and other marketing channels. Ensure photos are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet platform requirements.

  • Videography: Film short-form and long-form video content, including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and product showcases.

  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content to create polished, professional-quality videos for social media, ensuring videos are optimized for different platforms.

  • Graphic Design: Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, banners, and ads using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.

  • Content Strategy Support: Work closely with the social media and marketing teams to align content with campaign goals and brand strategy.

  • Audience Engagement: Collaborate with the social media team to track engagement, respond to comments, and adapt content strategies based on audience feedback.

  • Trend Spotting: Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging content formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Any degree.

  • Photography & Videography: Proficiency in taking high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.

  • Video Editing: Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).

  • Graphic Design: Strong visual design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.

  • Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of the latest social media trends and algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Creative Storytelling: Ability to convey brand stories through captivating visuals and compelling narratives.
