Netstratum Technologies is hiring Junior Software Engineer (Freshers)

Experience: 0-2 years

Job Location: Kochi, Kerala

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation: B.Tech/MCA

Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior developers in task-oriented functions, providing support and contributing to project deliverables.
• Coordinating with senior developers to ensure that the functionality of the software meets specifications & requirements.
• Working collaboratively in a dynamic team of passionate developers within a high-energy, fast-paced, and outcome-oriented environment.
• Actively participating in design discussions, independently building prototypes, and making valuable contributions to deliver high-quality products.
• Embracing Agile practices for enhanced efficiency, predictability, and customer-driven product development.

Skills Required:

• Recent graduate with knowledge in C/C++/Java.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
