Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC) HTD Program offers 200 Vacancies across Multiple Reputed Companies

Designation: Engineer Trainee

Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Program Details:

• Around 200 top performers in the Aptitude Test in Engineering (ATEiiic) conducted by the Indian Institute of Infrastructure and Construction (IIIC) will be shortlisted
• Shortlisted candidates will go through Group Discussion and Interview

Program Highlights:

• Training Expenses: Borne by the company
• Duration: 6 Months to 1 Year
• Job Location: Will be decided by the company
• Stipend: Attractive monthly stipend during the training period
• Placement: Post-training placement in the selected company with a good salary

Selected Graduate Engineering Trainees Will Be:

• Hired by the participating company
• Given Company-Sponsored Training at IIIC
• Deployed as Engineers in company projects after successful completion of the training

Eligibility of applicant for HTD Program:

• Final year students pursuing B.Tech/BE Civil/Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics, B.Arch expected to graduate between June - Sept 2025.
• A minimum of 60% (6.5 CGPA) aggregate till 8th semester
• There should not be any backlog of subjects while appearing for the ATE exam.
• B.Tech Civil or Equivalent Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics graduates who have graduated in 2024 with a minimum of 60% (6.5 CGPA) and above.
• Age limit not more than 24 years as of 31st May 2025 (Your date of birth must be on or after 1st June 2001)

Aptitude Test in Engineering (ATE)-2025:

• Aptitude Test in Engineering (ATEiiic) is an eligibility entrance examination introduced by IIIC that serves as a gateway for all academic programs offered by the institute (Postgraduate and Advanced Diploma).
• Admission to regular programs (non-HTD) will also be based on marks obtained in the ATEiiic.
• Applicants have the opportunity to express their course preferences during the admission procedure.
• The ATEiiic aptitude test will be conducted online.
• There is no age limit for joining the Post Graduate or AD programs if the candidate has successfully cleared the ATEiiic exam.
• Age restrictions apply for HTD aspirants.

Note:

• Candidates who pass the ATEiiic exam but do not rank within the top 200 will get admission to IIIC’s regular programs.
• Candidates above the age of 24 can directly apply for the regular courses (fees applicable).
• Job opportunities will be available in respective fields.
