Position: Customer Relations Executive (Female)

Location: 43/99, Panikentathu, Civil Line Road, Palarivattom

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Customer Relations Executive in the builder segment.
• Good attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Payment Collection.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Liaison between the company and clients.
• Updating Receivables.
• Letter / Email drafting.
• Completing the Handing over formalities.
• Work Progress updations.
