Mozilar is hiring Customer Success Specialist (Work From Home)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the software/tech industry.
  • SaaS and product-based experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring software products or technical setups for customers.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical thinking with good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by promptly and clearly addressing product-related questions.
  • Support onboarding customers through consistent email follow-ups, live IM guidance, and on-call assistance when required.
  • Configure the product on behalf of customers based on their business needs and use cases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or setup issues across various CMS and technology platforms.
  • Quickly learn new product features and adapt to evolving customer requirements.
  • Build strong knowledge of configuration best practices and document workflows, solutions, and learnings for internal and customer use.
