Age: Below 25

Experience: 6 Month - 1 Years of Experience in HR generalist role (including employee engagement and operations)

Skills:

• Ability to plan and execute engagement activities
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills for employee interaction
• Conflict resolution and grievance handling
• Maintain employee database and records (attendance, leaves, payroll input, etc through HRMS.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification: MBA/Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration
