Job Description:

Mclaren is hiring Intern - Talent Acquisition

Location: Cochin

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: INR 5000 Per Month

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interview panels, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Support the recruitment team by reviewing resumes, shortlisting candidates, and conducting initial screening calls to assess candidate fit for roles.
  • Help with setting up and optimizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring job postings are accurately reflected, candidate information is properly tracked, and workflows are streamlined for recruitment processes.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portals, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with candidates by responding to their queries and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Help track and maintain recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents for selected candidates.
  • Support in organizing recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and social media recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
