Junior Support Engineers – 0 to 1 years – BCA/BSc Computer Science/MCA (2020 & 2021
passout)
Junior Software Engineers – 0 to 1 years – MCA graduates (2020 & 2021 passout)

Job Responsibility:

Junior Support Engineers:- Working under the Application Management Team, this role will include
key responsibilities for
➢ Monitoring and maintaining client projects.
➢ Responding in a timely manner to client requests and issues.
➢ Configuration of MissionOS based on the client requests.
➢ Providing technical assistance to clients use the system.
➢ Coordinate with the team and liaise with the Seniors
➢ Proper commenting and documentation of the support issues.
➢ Proper task handover of shifts
➢ Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders.
➢ Work Schedule – Rotational Shifts including night shifts

Junior Software Engineers:- Working under the Application Development Team, this role will
include key responsibilities for
➢ Research, develop and maintain MissionOS products and their customisations.
➢ Guide business decisions from technical perspectives like performance, reliability, scalability and
security
➢ Maintaining client projects by troubleshooting bugs and adding new modules
➢ Coordinate with the team and liaise with the Seniors
➢ Write clean object oriented code and well optimized SQL queries
➢ Proper commenting and documentation of the requirements.
➢ Create and test the software implementation
➢ Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders.
➢ Work Schedule – Monday to Friday – Standard working hours 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
