Maruti Suzuki is conducting an All India Test For B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech Qualified Candidates

Exam: All India Test (AIT) 2024 - Research & Development (R&D) Vertical

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, India’s leading passenger vehicle manufacturer, invites applications for hiring of young & bright Graduate Engineers with an industry experience of 12-upto 22 months (post BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech) as on Application.

About Research & Development (R&D):

Maruti Suzuki’s R&D roles are in three broad areas, each focusing on different aspects of vehicle development and innovation

1. Product Planning Area

This area is responsible for transforming visionary ideas into market leading products, combining strategic planning, cutting edge design, cost effectiveness and innovative management.

2. Engineering Area

This area is responsible for conceptualization & development of new models. They oversee vehicle engineering aspects of the body, chassis, advance powertrain systems (ICE, BEVs, Hybrid Powertrains) and other critical aspects such as infotainment systems, telematics, ADAS. etc. of new models for India and other export markets.

3. Homologation & Regulation Area

This area is responsible for ensuring that every MSIL car meets both national and international safety, environment, and quality standards and that it adheres to latest automotive regulations, before it reaches the customer. Also representing the company in various technical committees for formation of regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Work Experience: 12- up to 22 months (as on Application) post BE/ B.Tech/MTech
• Degree: B.Tech/M.Tech (Regular/Full-time only)
• Branches: Electrical/Mechanical/Automobile/Mechatronics/Electronics/Computer science/Data Science/AIML
• Marks %age: 65% or equivalent CGPA (6.5/10) throughout, 10th, 12th or Diploma, B.E /B. Tech, However the candidate can have 60% or equivalent in M.Tech (if applicable) - No rounding off marks is allowed
• College/Universities: AICTE/UGC recognized
• Age: 21-26 years for B.Tech & 21-28 years for M.Tech (as of April 1, 2024)

Non-Eligible Candidates:

• Part-time/correspondence qualification
• Candidates with job changes will not be considered.
• Candidates with no experience/Fresher/Currently Unemployed
• Candidate with Color blindness
• Candidates working with MSIL vendors/Dealers/JV/Group Companies

Compensation:

• B.Tech: 10.34 LPA (8.3 LPA fixed)
• M.Tech: 10.9 LPA (8.85 LPA fixed)
