Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Thrissur, Kerala. As a Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, conducting job fairs, and ensuring the timely filling of vacancies with top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute job fairs, recruitment drives, and other employment events.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Conduct interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates.
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
• Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Requirements:

• MBA in HR or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in recruitment software and technology.
