5-10 years of experience in NBFC/ Bank in sales and operations as AW Cluster Manager 

*MANAGER-ADMINISTRATION 

3-5 years of experience as Manager- Administration in NBFC/ Other companies

* MANAGER-INFRASTRUCTURE

3-5 years of experience as Manager In Infra/Civil/Estate and Premises Department

* SALES MANAGERS

3-5 years of experience in sales of Deposit /Insurance/Mutual fund/Other sales

*BRANCH MANAGERS

3-5 years of experience as Branch Manager in NEWC/Society

*UNIT HEAD - GROUP LOAN

2-4 years of experience in MFI/Group loan In Branches

*ASST BRANCH MANAGERS

2-4 years of experience In NBFC/Bank/Society as BM/ABM

*ASST. SALES MANAGERS

3-5 years of expenence in sales of Deposit/ Insurance/Mutual funds/other sales

* CREDIT OFFICERS

1-3 years of experience in MFI/Group Loans/Other loans as Credit officer

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Group Loan)

1-3 years of experience in MFI/Group Loan as RO/Sales officer/Field officer

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Vehicle Loan)

1-3 years of experience in Vehicle Loan (Sales /Collection)

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Daily Loan)

1-3 years of experience as Executive(Sales/Collection) for loans

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Property Loan)

1-3 years of experience In Property/Home loan (Sales /Collection)

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Personal Loan)

1-3 years of experience in Personal Loan (Sales /Collection)

*RESOURCE MOBILISATION EXECUTIVES

1 experience in sales/Customer service in  in Deposit /Insurance/MutualFund/NBFC/Society/Other sales

*CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES

1-2 Yrs in NBFC/Society in Customer relations.

*RELATIONSHIP OFFICERS (Premise Departrnent)

1-3 years of experience in office/Branch Site identification for NBFC/ Bank/ Companies

* TELECALLERS

1 year experience In Tele calling/ Customer service (Posting at Thrissur)
