Malabar Rural Development Foundation (MRDF) is hiring for “Software Development and Support Division.

Most of the professionals will be positioned at Kozhikode, but candidates must be ready to work anywhere in Kerala.

The Candidates must have Indian Citizenship.  

1. Systems Officer On Contract (minimum Consolidated monthly pay of Rs 45,000/- ) (Negotiable based on work experience)

Qualifications 

Regular Full time B. Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognised university (Overall 60% marks compulsory) or 

Regular Full time Masters Degree in Computer Application (MCA) from a recognised university (Overall 60% marks compulsory)

Post Qualification Work Experience / Knowledge / awareness in Programming languages

2 Years experience in Programming & Software Development Knowledge and Experience in the following Programming languages compulsory C# .net, asp.net, web API, LINQ, entity framework, Xamarin, PHP, laravel framework, Postgres, SQL

2. Junior Systems Officer On contract (minimum Consolidated monthly pay of Rs 37,500/- ) (Negotiable based on work experience)

Qualification: 

Regular Full time B. Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognised university (Overall 60% marks compulsory)

or Regular Full time Masters Degree in Computer Application (MCA) from a recognised university (Overall 60% marks compulsory)

Post Qualification Work Experience / Knowledge / awareness in Programming languages

Knowledge in the following Programming languages compulsory

C# .net, asp.net, web api, LINQ, entity framework, Xamarin, php, laravel framework , postgres, SQL

Those who have appeared for examinations and waiting for results need not apply. Application of candidates with less than 60 % marks in the prescribed educational qualifications will be summarily rejected without any notice. Applications of Candidates who possess any other educational qualifications other than the prescribed educational qualifications mentioned in the above table will be summarily rejected without any notice

Application fees (a) Application fee will be Rs 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) for both the posts. The application fee shall be remitted in the following account at Union Bank of India through online transaction.

The candidates shall attach proof of payment to the above said account along with the application. The details of fee remitted shall be duly filled by the candidate in the prescribed application form.

 Applications of those candidates who have not submitted the proof of fee remitted along with their application form shall be summarily rejected without any notice. (

 Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. 

Method of Selection

The selection to the post of Systems Officer and Junior Systems Officer will be done by conducting Skill Test and Interview as decided by the Management of MRDF. Mere participation in the Skill Test & Interview will not confer any claim for appointment. The skill test and interview will likely be held in December 2021. 

The Trust will not be responsible for postal/courier service delay and those applications received after the last date & time will not be considered under any circumstances.

. Service Conditions

The Selected and engaged candidates for the post of Systems Officer and Junior Systems officer will be engaged on fixed period contract basis. The initial engagement will be for a period of one year. Two of the candidates engaged as Systems Officer and One of the candidate engaged as Junior Systems Officer may be regularised after one year as Systems Officer and Junior Systems Officer at MRDF in the scale of pay of Rs 36460-73475 and Rs. 27710-63915 respectively (eligible for current DA at 36% + HRA @10% of Basic Pay + Statutory EPF Management contribution+ provision for Earned Leave surrender + Performance Incentive & other benefits applicable to the permanent employees of MRDF) after conducting periodical performance evaluation by the Management. Provided that the performance of the persons engaged as Systems Officer and Junior Systems Officer shall fulfil the benchmark grading as decided by the Management of MRDF. If the persons engaged as Systems officer and Junior Systems Officer are not fulfilling the benchmark grading which is mandatory for regularisation of their Page 4 of 5 engagement, the management may at their discretion terminate their contract engagement with 15 days notice or extend the contract engagement for a maximum period of one year. In the case of termination, the terminated person will not confer any right for regular / contract appointment in MRDF in future. In such cases they will neither have a right nor a lien on the job held by them. If the performance of the persons engaged as Systems Officer and Junior Systems Officer is not up to the mark as prescribed by the management of MRDF during the extended period, their contract engagement will be terminated with 15 days notice and they will not confer any right for regular / contract appointment in MRDF in future. In such cases they will neither have a right nor a lien on the job held by them.

Candidates who wish to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post and remit the application fee separately for each post in the prescribed manner.
