Job Position: Regional HR Manager - Kerala Region

About the Role:

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India, the hospitality division of Mahindra & Mahindra, is seeking a Senior HR Professional to head the complete HR & Admin functions of the Kerala cluster.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in HR & Admin functions in leading corporates.
• Proven ability to manage a team of 20 HR professionals across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Experience in dealing with union and industrial relations (IR) issues will be given preference.
