Eligibility:

• Only BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/AI-DS/ECE/or MCA or M.Sc Computer Science degree holders with 70% aggregate marks throughout academics, from 10th, 12th & Degree/Master degree, are eligible to apply for this post.
• Candidates from 2022 pass-outs onwards are eligible for this job.

About the Role:

• MACOM is seeking a motivated & talented individual to join their team as a Software Engineer Trainee. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in software development, working alongside experienced engineers to learn and grow. You will be exposed to various aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment & maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Learning & Development: Actively participate in training programs and workshops to acquire essential technical skills.
• Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Coding & Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in relevant programming languages.
• Testing & Debugging: Contribute to the testing process by writing and executing test cases, identifying and fixing bugs.
• Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Strong foundation in programming concepts (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Passion for technology and a desire to learn.
