Experience: 8+ years in corporate HR operations

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI
• Strong background in HRIS implementation and restructuring
• Proven experience in managing large payroll operations
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance
• Involvement in Digital HR transformation and policy-making
• Ability to establish KPIs and implement incentive plans

2. Manager HR - Compliance (Job Code: MHRO2)

Experience: Over a decade in HR compliance across India

Educational Qualification: LLB + MBA

Expertise:

• Employment law and risk management
• Policy development and compliance audits
• Employee relations and investigations
