Location: Trivandrum

Experience: 1-2 years in Retail Training/L&D

Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and in-store training for retail staff & brand promoters
• Deliver training on customer service, sales techniques, and SOP compliance
• Identify training needs and support performance improvement
• Ensure implementation of service standards across stores

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of retail operations
