Job Description:

Lats Solutions is hiring Offset & Screen Printing Operators

Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Freshers with Diploma can apply)

Qualification: Diploma - Printing

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage offset, digital, and screen printing machines
• Understand printing specifications, job orders & layout designs
• Perform routine machine maintenance & basic troubleshooting
• Ensure high-quality output with minimal errors
• Handle multiple print jobs and meet tight deadlines
• Solve printing-related issues during production
• Knowledge of colour separation, ink mixing & plate alignment
• Familiarity with paper types, inks & finishing processes
• Coordinate effectively with team members
