Job Description:

Ashok Leyland is hiring NAPS Trainee via K-DISC/Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission)

• Programme: National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)

Eligibility: ITI in Fitter, Turner, MMV, Diesel Engine, Foundryman, Machinist, Tractor Mechanic, etc. OR Diploma/BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Production Engineering, Metallurgy & Material Science

Monthly Stipend (including DBT):

• Gross: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month
• Net: ₹17,500 to ₹22,500 per month

Work Conditions:

• Environment: Factory, shop floor
• Working hours: 8 hours per day
• Working days: 6 days a week (1 day week off)
• Physical fitness: Physically and mentally fit (weight above 45 kg)

Selection Process:

• Step 1: Written examination
• Step 2: Physical interview
• Step 3: Medical fitness examination

Apprenticeship Details (NAPS):

• DBT amount is credited directly to the trainee’s bank account by the authorities
