Job Description:

Lats Solutions is hiring Machine Operator

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers with IT/Diploma can apply)

Qualification: ITI/Diploma - Any Stream

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, setup) for production
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, etc.)
• Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Periodically test machine operations
• Identify and fix issues during the shift
• Monitor output and detect machine-related defects
• Maintain records of approved & defective products
• Keep daily activity and production logs

Skills:

• Knowledge of high-speed machinery & measuring tools (Vernier caliper, micrometer, depth gauge, etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures
• Strict adherence to safety regulations & PPE usage
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
