Work Location: PAN India

Profile Description:

Larsen & Toubro is seeking young, dynamic, and aspiring minds pursuing their final-year diploma in engineering from the following streams:

• Architecture
• Automobile
• Chemical
• Civil
• Computer Science & IT
• Electrical & Electronics
• Electronics & Communication
• Electronics & Instrumentation
• Environmental
• Environmental Health & Safety/Industrial Safety
• Fire Safety
• Instrumentation & Control
• Mechanical
• Mechatronics
• Mining
• Survey

Training Period:

• 12 months of on-the-job training from the date of joining.

Compensation:

• Office-Based Posting: ₹2,50,000/- per annum
• Project Site-Based Posting: ₹2,97,000/- per annum

Eligibility Guidelines:

1. Academics:

• Applicants must have completed a 3-year/6-semester diploma course (full-time) after SSC or equivalent/HSC examination.
• A minimum aggregate of 60% is required.
• Candidates with any graduation in Engineering/Science/Arts, either before or after their diploma, are not eligible.
• Students expecting to complete their diploma by 30th June 2025 are eligible.
• Sandwich courses are not accepted.

2. Mode of Study:

• Only full-time diploma students are eligible.
• Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.

3. Backlogs/Arrears:

• No backlogs (past or live) during the course.
• All subjects/papers must be cleared in the first attempt.
• Any subject/paper not cleared in the first attempt is considered a backlog.

4. Age:

• Candidates born between 1st July 2003 & 30th June 2007 (both days inclusive).

5. Nationality:

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible.
• Foreign Nationals are not eligible.

6. Medical Fitness:

• Final selection is subject to medical fitness as per the guidelines provided by the Chief Medical Officer.
